Case management services

Not all families get case management services from Wisconsin's Child Support program. Case management services are commonly called "child support services."

• Families can receive case management services by applying for these services and paying a $25 application fee. Other fees may apply.
• Families in some aid/benefit programs automatically get case management services. These families do not pay the $25 application fee. Other fees may apply.

Financial management services

All families paying and receiving support get financial management services. Support includes child support, family support, and alimony (maintenance). Fees may apply.
